At Holy Water by Tory Banks, all of our products are meticulously handmade, ensuring that each piece is unique. Due to the nature of our craftsmanship, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases.

However, for select items, we are pleased to offer complimentary repairs within 30 days of purchase. This service applies only to eligible items and does not include extensive alterations or repairs due to misuse or damage occurring after purchase.
